Alpha offers management consultancy services and is dedicated to helping the groups that it partners with achieve better outcomes for their stakeholders and key clients.

  • Investment Capability Assessment: How does your investment proposition compare to the best-in-class asset managers as seen through the eyes of institutional investors? It's estimated that 80% of fund managers fail institutional investors' due diligence processes. Alpha conducts in-depth assessments of its clients' investment capabilities to help them understand how they will be rated by institutional investors and their advisors, enabling them to generate new business.

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting specific research-related projects in the areas of sustainability and investments.

  • Mentorship and Advisory: Offering mentorship and advisory services to founders, medium-sized companies, social impact entrepreneurs, and organizations.

  • Engagement Projects with the Fund Management Industry: Alpha has led projects for foundations to help them engage with the fund management community. For example, in 2023, Alpha acted as a Strategic Advisor to the Access to Nutrition Initiative to help them gain several new signatories to their foundation. Also, in 2025, Alpha worked with a group of European bodies to engage with the fund management community on the EU Omnibus proposals.
